Building the strategic direction
We led a collaborative discovery process to define the project’s strategic direction, business verticals, and product roadmap. Together with the client, we evaluated and prioritized ideas based on potential impact and alignment with the long-term vision of Mundo HR.
Design and development of a solid no-code platform
We designed and implemented Mundo HR’s site using Webflow as a no-code platform. This allowed for a fast launch of a robust, scalable product while validating business goals and enabling full autonomy for content management.
Automation to scale the business from day one
We integrated Make to automate key processes such as contact forms, CMS updates, and marketing actions. This allowed operations to scale without adding manual tasks—connecting traffic, content, and data efficiently.
