With a growing delegate network, Moovin brought us on to address the lack of communication and support for their franchise operators. Through our SpinGuide, SpinBuild, and SpinScale process, we found the issue, fixed it, and made it easier for delegates to use the Moovin platform.

Franchised Logistics in Central America.

Moovin is a logistics company that relies on smaller, franchised operators (called delegates) to deliver packages in the most difficult areas of Costa Rica.

They pride themselves in the level of communication about package locations throughout the delivery process.

THE CHALLENGE

Growth was blocked by manual chaos.

Moovin wanted to expand by delegating deliveries to third-party operators, but these partners weren’t logistics-savvy. Instead of using the internal platform, they ran the entire operation via WhatsApp.

This led to missing tracking data, poor customer visibility, and a huge internal workload. Moovin’s team had to manually input every delivery into their system—just to keep things traceable.

Delegates relied on spreadsheets that didn’t sync with Moovin’s system, creating double work and making it impossible to scale without increasing operational costs.

THE SOLUTION

Creating a Simple Delegates Interface.

By implementing a QR code scanning interface, we eliminated the need for spreadsheets and allowed Delegates to communicate directly with the Moovin platform.

Delegates scan the shipping manifesto and all packages are added to the Moovin Platform.

Scanning an individual package informs the recipient of the package’s location and updates the Moovin Platform.

Assign packages to routes

Delegates can assign packages to delivery routes, which is then assigned to a specific carrier for a particular date.

THE RESULTS

Eliminating Manual Support.

The Delegate Interface allowed Moovin to add new delegates easily and eliminated the need to manually update the system from report spreadsheets. Their POC of operations became a legitimate function of growing their business.
